need a program in Java (with a graphical user interface) to calculate and display the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage and the user’s selection from a menu of available mortgage loans:

- 7 years at 5.35%
- 15 years at 5.5%
- 30 years at 5.75%

Use an array for the mortgage data for the different loans. Read the interest rates to fill the array from a sequential file. Display the mortgage payment amount followed by the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. Add graphics in the form of a chart. Allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount and make a new selection or quit. Please insert comments in the program to document the program.

I have been trying to get this done for over a month, but the programmer I hired to do this has disappeared without it being finished. I have attached a .zip file with the existing script as well as a Word doc detailing the specific work that is still needed.

The script that exists searches multiple keyword-based RSS feeds and stores the results into a SQL db. With this setup, I can input a list of 10′s or 100′s of keywords, and the script will loop each keyword through a list of sites (youtube, yahoo video, google blog search, etc).

Hi, we bought the source code of a Tower Defense game that was abandoned by the developer and run a website and community forum in the same genre.

With the source code we plan to expand the game and make it even better, but since we don’t have any AS3 knowledge in our community our ideas cannot come to fruition. After organizing our ideas for features, statistics, and graphics for the sequel, we’ve decided to hire an AS3 developer to work on our list of updates for the game.

The game I’m referring to is Gem Tower Defense 2. We are flexible on the features, and would appreciate some feedback as to the difficulty of implementing them. If anything stands out as being abnormally difficult we are willing to tweak/remove it as necessary.

I have a small fetching script that fetches some data from the pages of zshare.net using CURL, actually the problem is that it works for some of the pages and doesnt work for other pages with exact same page structure of exact same website.
