I have a few PHP scripts, and some of them do not work properly under PHP 5. I do not know exactly what the problems are to fix the various PHP scripts that I have. It may be simple, it may be complicated. All I know is that they work great under the old PHP version 4.4.9. Your task is to diagnose and isolate the PHP errors, and then fix them to work in the newest version of PHP 5.2.10.

I currently have all of our pricing on an excel spreadsheet. On a monthly basis this spreadsheet is updated and new item #’s are added and deleted. Also Prices are changed up and Down.

I need help with installing and configuring Swoopo Telebid Clone on my webserver.

I have a PHP form that allows me to upload MP3 files. After that this form has been submitted I can get the MP3 file uploaded in a protected area and the following parameters:
- $source: full path of the mp3 file uploaded
- $start: number between 0 and 25 (indicates the percentage of the head of the MP3 file that will be removed)
- $end: number between 75 and 100 (indicates the percentage of the bottom of the MP3 file that will be removed)
- $destination: full path and name of the split version of the Mp3 file

What I need is a PHP class (or anything that could work) that creates a copy of the uploaded file ($source) and removes parts of the Mp3 file from the begin to $start and removes tail of the song from $end to the original end. When file has been split it should be moved to the public area ($destination).

eg: If I upload an Mp3 file called “music.mp3″, I can get the file saved in two different places:
1 – http://www.my.site/original/music.mp3 (full version)
2 – http://www.my.site/public/music.mp3 (split version)

Class should work with Mp3 files with all layers version.

One version will be for our home page and the other one will be for interior pages.

I WILL NEED THIS TO OCCUR TODAY IN THE NEXT 3 to 4 HOURS. IF YOU CANNOT IMMEDIATELY SLICE THIS PSD QUICKLY IN AN HOUR OR TWO, DO NOT BID.

The top row of navigation links will be replaced with a text based navigation solution so leave a space for that(cut the example navigation as rectangular region and ill replace it in the html with my navigation code.

The video player only appears on the home page so the interior page should just have a wider content region here where the video player is for the home page slice.

The graphical content title (Welcome to the … & Associates, LLC Web Site) is being handled in the content by a pcdtr call using style sheets and a php class to make text titles into images so that graphical title should be cut out with the content region and does not need to be in the template.

I need a list of all the font names used in the psd so I can use them in the google-code pcdtr title text to image class I am using.

The search box will be replaced with the google search widget. Please account for that in your slice in that area as well.

The four rectangular images at the bottom are links to content pages, just slice them with <a href=”#”></a> around each one for now.

The source PSD is attached. The video in the PSD only goes on the home page, and so interior pages will simply be wider in that section to leave out the video and have wider content.
