I need a custom real estate template-nothing from a template site or that you’ve already sold. It has to be unique. It needs to only be one page.

A mockup is requested and mandatory. The bidder with the best design will win. I may request additional changes to the mockup and will pay for those changes, depending on how small they are, so you need to make sure that you will be available for the next 18 hours to make changes to the template.

After someone orders something from my site via paypal, they should automatically be redirected to the download page. Sometimes this automatic redirection does not work. Because of this I always manually send them an email with the download details as soon as I receive their order, but if they order at night for example, often there is a delay of several hours before they receive this. Because of the delay, some customers complain to paypal.
