Set Of 30 Flash Videos 2-3min

I need a Flash animation expert to make 30 Flash videos within a span of 15 days (create 2 videos per day).
The videos are 2 to 3 minutes long, and are inspirational in nature, with words flying around and photos moving, sliding, zooming, spinning, etc. (photos must be high resolution)
For each video, we will send the main topic and the words to use, then the Flash designer should use his creativity to develop a highly compelling and inspiring video.
Music background is to be selected and utilized by the Flash designer.
