Simple Online Booking System

Simple online game lodge booking system needed. Process would flow as follows:
1.) Customer checks desired date
2.) Date is available – booking form is presented and to be completed by customer.
3.) Date is not available – show next closest dates.
4.) Admin recieves booking form from customer online, confirms booking.
5.) Customer recieves booking confirmation with further details and info.
Past experience of work completed such as this would be an advantage.
