Design Style For Website

We are looking for a professional web designer for a new social market place.
The project is a social engine based marketplace with a fully integrated community.
For this website we need a new style that reflects the community as well as the marketplace. Most of the sites are already designed, only a few are missing.
The all new design style( e.g. scratch or comic style) should be fresh, modern us- or European standard. Everything should be as one piece. Our target group is from 18 to 45.
You should be able to fulfill our high standards, because the first look is always decisive. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
