Broken Search Option

I have a website that uses PHP izabi. It is a singles site. In my administrator panel, I have the option of users only seeing active members when they search. Also, prioritize results (most active displayed first). I attempted to check both these boxes, but the code ignores the request. I am looking for someone to enable this broken feature.
