Looking for someone to re-design my website, keep same logo and navigation bar but want a static header image that represents what my site is about (Pet Adoptions), new template designed for my website that all pages on my entire website use and all pages should match each other.

to be displayed in module on my home page where I have “random pets” on my homepage appearing at, should update when the other page updates as well, should be an automatic process.
need module made and want random products to change on homepage of my site where it rotates products from my eccommerce section, when they click will take them to product description page, random products from ecommerce should come from pet supplies in this section, install this module vertically on my homepage:
