Menu Redesigns + Site

we need a experienced web designer to redesign our video sharing site menu bar options for which we are using this script:

site menu must be identical or very similar to :

colors should match our site
you will also remove some of the features the script has that we do not wish to have and improve a few minor things on the site such as changing color to a form ,etc.
