Fast Cgi And Server Speed Up

I recently bought a Quad core server with 8 gb ram, and i want to be speed it up with zend optimizer and Install Lighttpd + PHP in Fastcgi Mode
I nee a network administrator who can do this for me.
Also need to check my other servers for errors.
right now i have like example a server that needs reboot because port 80 is already in use, afther checking its a perl script, that needs to be fixed too.
Server os is Centos 5.1 on the error oe, and 5.3 on the quadcore, admin panels is all directadmin.
