Osticket Add Extra Fields

We have Installed OSticket, which is fine but need around 20 extra fields added to create our own job tracking system, we can do it ourselves but dont have the time so looking for for cheap, fast and easy, as always.
Fields need to be added to the sql database and to the php admin so we can see records and review, further work will be available to the successful person as we look to connect joomla and osticket
