Build 1500 Backlinks Project

Hello
I am new to this site and look forward to communicating with the best talent here.
I have a simple project – to create 1500 backlinks with sites PR4 and above for three selected keyphrases:
1. Online Gift Baskets
2. Baby Gift Baskets
3. Corporate Gift Baskets
I want my page(s) listing on Google, Yahoo etc to be #3 (on page 1)for my keyword selection within 1-2 months.
I also need a full listing of all backlink URL’s (to verify the work) in excel spreadsheet.
Please advise your costs and time schedule to achieve this.
