Os Commerce Customization

We are a small start up company that is looking to revamp/expand our current web/ecommerce presence. We have our own dedicated server and oscommerce is our ecommerce application of choice. Our oscommerce installation is already completed, but we are in need of an individual or firm to customize our site and create/migrate data. We have a paypal standard account that needs to be integrated with our oscommerce installation. In addition, we need site copy created and customized graphics. Our goals are ambitious in that we desire completion within a 14 day window. Lastly, we need additional suitable recommendations for payment processors that fully integrate with oscommerce.
