Edit Flash Thermometer

Hello,
I’ve recently purchased a flash thermometer from here:

I need to have a few minor changes made to it. I’d like to have the 50 percent text slightly larger, the box that shows the the current number slightly larger, and for there to be a comma in the values. I’m not using currency on the site it is displayed, but I am still displaying a large number for both the goal and the current amount.
I also need the background image and the text outside of the thermometer changed to a different color.
