Facebook Page Creation

I need someone to create a facebook page for my website, which is content rich and has interactive for all users to keep them interested in the page. The content MUST be seo for my site, so as to assist with pagerank etc.
The page must also have live auctions streaming from my site, onto the page itself (please see the swoopo page on facebook for an example of what I mean by the streaming of auctions to the facebook page).
The page must be able to hold a members attention and generate vast interest in the page. I will also need the page to be professionally laid out and attractive to the eye when a member first views the page. I have attached a logo for the page logo.
Articles on the page must be seo and marketing based. The page must include interesting discussions related to my site. All articles and discussions and content will be sent to me for proof reading and acceptance before being posted to the page.
Payment will be made once all the above objectives have been completed, and the page has a minimum of 200 fans (any methods you wish to use to increase the number of fans can be used without a problem, with the expection of methods that force a user to become a fan of the page, and spam).
A bonus of $100 will be paid once the page has aquired 1000 fans.
A GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS ESSENTIAL. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, AS ALL CONTENT WRITTEN MUST BE GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT!!!
