Web Design Project – Clone

Hi there,
I am looking to get a simple project completed; a clone of a website’s design: The website is http://www.selfgrowth dot com
I am only looking to have one page cloned; the index page.
Also, I am only looking to get the actual design cloned (html and css), none of the functionaility or programming (ie none of the javascript features).
I intend to make a significant amount of changes to this design before it goes online, however, for the purposes of this project I am expecting almost a carbon copy of the design.
I am expecting valid cross-browser XHTML and table less coding.
