Twitter Api To Database

I need to interface my twitter account with a sequel database. This database contains real estate listings. I need an asp script which will search this database once every 4 hours for any records which are either new or modified since the last time it searched the database. It would then take specific fields from these new records and post this information to new twitter message. A new message would be created for each new record found in the database. This software will be running on a remote server so it needs to be extremely reliable. Please allow extra time for testing and bid accordingly.
