Joomla Upgrade And Components

I need to upgrade my joomla GOODTIMESREALTY.COM site from 1.0 – 1.5 along with components, modules, mambots etc. The right person will have already had experience doing this. You need to have reviews to be considered for the job. I would like you to be specific as to how you would go about upgrading joomla and then we will go from there. If you know what you’re doing you know it does not take more then a few hours (and that’s an exaggeration) so if you bid some ridiculous number and say a few days to complete you’ll be wasting my time.
