Css Menu Needed

I need a 100% css menu that is 100% browser compliant.
I want it to look and work just like the menu above them map at http://www.bing.com/maps/ (the menu I am referring to is Welcome, Directions, Collections, Options, Share, Print)
I need it done today. Please do not bid if you cannot do it today.
