Video Site – Quick Fix

I have a video sharing site based on clip-share script and I want the following quick fix on it:
1. Replace clip-share banner / logo with mine
2. I have videos already loaded on one folder of the site, I need the site configured in such a way that only 5 videos will be published every day from those alreaded loaded in a category.
3. Re-arrange the site to have a look and feel of maniacworld.com
This should be very easy for anyone who has worked on video sharing scripts using clip-share before
