Customize Php Directory Mod

I am looking for experienced programmers, to make customizations to the directory mod on my site. it has around 50 files
The job includes
Adding new dropdowns ( dependent ) / new text fields
Renaming existing fields
Change the display order of the fields
The mod is attached , you can check it out and place ur bid,
Time frame : Start immediately and deliver 3-4 days maximum
Programmers who can be available thru chat need to bid, as i would like to discuss every point before starting.
