Sql Db Optimization With Lamp

My DB performs slow. Therefore, I need an expert SQL DB to optimize my SQL tables, indexes and queries. MUST HAVE 10+ YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN OPTIMIZING SQL. I currently have 3 LAMP developers working on my website with 5-10 years LAMP experience. So, I need someone with far more experience and just in SQL code optimization.
