Ranking Web Site
I need a web site that has options to provide ratings. I need an Admin panel to manage the web site, logo, Banner and SEO friendly (very essential) web site. Design should should be simple and attractive. This bid is for the first phase of the project and if work is done well, i will choose you for the second phase of Project.
Payment Terms :
Design Approval : 15%
Logo Approval : 10%
Coding of web site : 30%
Admin Panel Development : 20%
Delivery of web site with code : 10%
Approval after final Code Testing : 15%
Please see to it that i will escrow the amount as per the terms specified above, so when you start the work i will escrow 15% of the total amount and so on. I will release the amount, only after a proper working code is delivered to me (i don’t care about your company policies but i will not release the amount until and unless the code is handed over to me). I have a fair idea about what i want but anything after the deadline will be unacceptable and i will look for another service provider.
