Logo And Character Design

I am looking for 1-a logo for my website and business card and 2- a character/cartoon design. I am a real estate agent and my nickname is “The Renegade Agent”. I am looking for both a logo and character design that goes with the renegade theme. I need this fairly fast and for cheap. Please post your examples to me and your fee for the project and I will award the job to someone by June 23rd. I have attached my picture and a previous cartoon image of me so you can see it. I am looking for quality, price, and your creativity here.
