New Header Image High Quality

I need a new full color Header image to replace the image at www.precisehire.net
Also you will notice that the present header image does not fill up the space all the way and it is on a white background. I need it to fill the entire space so it has to be exact size.
This is the concept
There will be THREE arrows in the target. Each arrow must have a word very readable on the arrow some how. SPEED, ACCURACY and VALUE. please be very creative with the rest of the space but I want the target to be at least as large as the current target on the header image.
