Rental House Web Site

Build a simple website to showcase rental houses that I have available. 10-20 photos for each house, narrative, link to a map, and email link. Let’s keep it simple and affordable for now while we get six new properties leased and add bells and whistles later. Possibly an online application form later depending on cost.
Later we can add additional properties and keep them all in a database and hide or display links for each property as they become available.
Need both programming and simple graphics / site layout.
Please send me any examples of similar application you’ve done.
