Mac Wmv Embed

I must first warn you that this task may seam easier than it is. Embedding WMV on the Mac is not easy.
I need to embed WMV (Windows Media Video) on my website. It has to work well on Macintosh computers with Flip4Mac.
I have made a small start with writing the embed code and i have sample pages on my website. The embed code is inserted with javascript.
The embedded videos have to fit nicely into the video area (stretchtofit). Also the controls must show (showcontrols).
