Script – Wp Post & Lp Template

Here is a pretty basic script –
I want a script that will:
1. Create a new page in WordPress;
2. Create a new folder on server;
3. Create a couple of files in new folder.
I need a page that will ask me to input:
1. WordPress Page name;
2. wordpress page content (could be html);
3. name for new folder;
4. a link.
Please let me know if you can do this and your bid.
