Image Watermark

I have a site that receives uploaded images, then creates thumbnails for the images. I need a PHP script to use imagemagick to put a small text watermark of my domain on each of the new images being uploaded.
Image formats required to work with:
.jpg
.gif
.animated gif <- this is important
.png
Please quote and state if you have done this type of work before.
