Joomla/cakemail Integration

I want users who purchase an email package on my Joomla site to be automatically registered with my email system (cakemail.com). An API is available from Cakemail to assist in the process.
I also want the order form layout to be styled by making additions to the css style sheet as order form produced by the billing component only uses the standard style sheet. I want the form to look similar to:
I will require confirmation of similar projects or complex joomla development that have been executed satisfactorily.
