Mosets Tree Audio Player

The current version of Mosets tree is installed on a Joomla Website. The custom audio player field is enabled.
Although MP3s of up to 6 MB seem to upload OK, they don’t play back. The player shows buffering only.
I need help to:
1) enable MP3 playback so that files of up to 10MB will upload and be able to play back
2) make sure that the custom video field will also work correctly
3) make sure that both an MP3 and a video can upload OK together
