Joomla Psd

I need a new design for a joomla site in psd.
The new site is going to be a joomla how to article site that makes money through banners and advertisements.

You can use it as help but must be custom and not a direct copy.
It must be a clean site with a color scheme of blue, orange and a white background. I will give exact color hex if wanted or you can give recommendations.
Logo I will supply.
