Quick Run Through In Filemaker

I need to create a portal to organize my real estate business. Databases are Listings, Buyers, Sellers, BPOs, and a few others. I need to be able to see from each layout what seller is selling the property I am looking at and visa versa, and what buyer is buying the propety I am looking at and visa versa.
I dont need help with the design, I just need the structural advice and I will complete all the work.
