Simple Url Harvester Software

We need a simple URL harvester that will harvest urls from Yahoo.
Here are the features needed:
* URL harvester should be able to harvest URLs on any given search string. Example:
‘Leave a Reply’ ‘Name (required)’ ‘Mail (will not be published) (required)’ ‘Website’
* URL harvester should save output URLs as a text list.
* URL harvester should remove duplicate URLs
* URL harvester should be able to run under Windows XP/2003/Vista/Windows 7
You can choose any platform you like. We prefer Perl but other platforms will be fine as long as it works fast with no problems.
Our maximum budget is $100 for this project. We’ll choose the lowest bid with most experience.
