As you can see the index is completed so we just need a designer to complete the 4 other pages. “Top Products” “Causes” and “Other Treatments” pages will all have text with images linking to our affiliates. Pretty straight forward. The 4th page “Submit a review” is where we need a User Form created so the viewer can submit their contact information and review of a product and send it to us all through the webpage.

All images and text will be provided. We may also want to implement a small banner at the top of the page.

For this project I need a drop down product attribute that would allow the customer to choose a manufacture from one drop-down menu and then after they selected the manufacture they would have a second drop down that would allow them to select the model.

Example:

Manufacture: Motorola

Model: V3

For each manufacture it will have its own list of models so if the manufacturer Motorola had the model V3 to manufacture blackberry would not have this model. I will need to be able to set up around 25 different manufacturers and each manufacturer is going to have around 100 different devices. The customer will need to select their manufacturer and model before being able to add a product to their shopping cart.

The main JSP page has a Flash Quiz that sends JavaScript function to the page. This function adjusts the vertical (y) position of the <div> block placed below it, & moves it up/down on the click of the buttons in the Flash file relative to it.

What is required:
The <div> movement works fine according to Flash interaction. But when the page is loading, the <div> block shows up at the top of page & then adjusts to its correct position once the browser has loaded all the page content & Flash file. We want the <div> content below the Flash file on the web page to remain on the webpage at the same position as it would come on the initial frame when the flash loads. Once the page has loaded, it should work as it is currently (shift according to how the flash expands and contracts).

Need a custom module for WHMCS for device management. The module would need to do the following :

1) Store information on a per asset number basis.
