iphone application.

This is a pretty simple iphone application. This is database driven and has around 19 pages. The user can input information into text fields, create text information, select from a combo box, and then access this information on different screens. This app would also allow the user to take an image on one of the pages and add it to an information page. This iphone app. will also have a calendar option with certain text fields populating the calendar. This iphone app will also have a page that allows the user to store phone numbers and pull phone numbers from the users address book, and store them within this application, with the ability to share the phone numbers to another users same application. This will need to be designed as well, and am open to suggestions, though will probably use a lot of the core buttons and page functionality for this app. It doesn’t have to be ‘super fancy.’ If you need me to design this application, I certainly can, though you need to let me know what type of file format you need. I generally use Adobe Illustrator when I design.

We have a prototype version of a mega drop down menu that we have put together with various scripts from the web but we need something that we can edit / maintain ourselves.

Project:
Mega Drop Down Menu

Skill Requirements:
- Advanced Javascript
- Advanced CSS
- HTML

Key Programming Tasks:
Develop code that will allow for the following:
- Opening a mega drop down menu on click
- Animating an expandable container after user clicks on a link within the mega drop down menu
- Animating content within the expanded container (rotating banners / text / images inside of the expanded container)
- Loading data / HTML from an external file using javascript
- The above items will be built into a series of editable and manageable templates that we will utilize in house for site production and management.

Programming Notes:
- When the user clicks on a top navigation link in the menu, a container will expand underneath this menu. It will animate downwards and load content from an external file (this external file will contain the image paths and text).
- Javascript will control the animation, loading content from the external files and controlling the CSS style of the menu.
- We will have different external files that the javascript will call up depending on the users language options. Keep this in mind while developing the mega drop down menu.

Code to tag photos like in facebook:
-user clicks a point in the photo to identify a person – that will be the center point for a rectangle area
-user chooses tag for person (choose from menu of list of people, and also option to input in own tag)

Then when someone does mouseover of that photo in that area the rectangle appears around that center point the user had chosen when tagging, and the tag appears next to it. Also, when displaying the text for the tags under the picture, the mouseover rectangle on the photo corresponding to that tag appears.
