Im looking for someone who can carry out some simple work on my Gallery2 theme.

The site should be set up initially on your server for demonstration purposes them moved to my server and installed on 2 domains upon completion of the project.

I need the following work carried out,

1. Install the latest 2.3 version of Gallery 2 on your server.

2. Install a user created theme i already have, changing the settings in the instruction file to match the example site.

3. Copying the graphic examples of the homepage and gallery pages i send you (Examples attatched), customise the site to match these examples making sure that all new changes are stored in a local folder to prevent problems with future upgrading.

Note:

The header on the homepage and gallery pages has a main image, which i want to fade from one pre selected photo to another automatically, i need to be able to change the fade speed and transition effect and of course replace images, all this from the site admin panel. (see example). Also the graphic stripe behind the header image is on another gallery site, i dont have this grpahic, but can show you the site or you can make something similar.

4. When work is completed and demonstrated on your test server, you will then install Gallery 2 and the new customised theme on 2 domains on MY server.

I need an unblockable exit popup that works for both IE & FireFox.

I’ve searched google for hours on end and none of the ones available are unblockable. The one I’m currently using is blocked by 70-80% of my visitors.

The Exit Popup must only trigger when the online visitor closes their browser window/tab and/or when the online visitor presses the back button. If an online visitor clicks on a link on my site that leads to another page on my website or to a different website, nothing should happen. Again this exit popup should only trigger when the website is closed by the visitor.

I don’t want that old “OPT-IN email exit popup” when you move your mouse towards the browsers navbar to close your website. This is NOT an exit popup!! An example of WHAT I DON’T WANT(psychicpopsDOTinfo).

We have an existing Job portal that has facilities where Job Seekers can submit their resume, look for Jobs and apply on vacancies. Also, there is an option for Companies to register them self and apply for vacancies.

There are some changes that are required to this existing Job Portal (Smarty is used, so experience with smarty is a must):
1. A professional look has to be given to the existing Job Portal
2. The landing page should have a place where initial 10 vacancies show up AND members, job seekers can register them self on web site.
3. An option in the back end, where we can create packages for Employers. For ex : we give a package of 3 vacancies to a company for 10 days, etc.
4. Package renewal and other such options should be available too
5. Email should be dropped to company’s email id whenever some one applies on that Job
6. Companies should be able to access their account and should have an option where they can update their information and can keep their company’s contact details discrete or can make it visible for the vacancy posted by them.

This is a high priority job.
