Radio Charts Rss Feed

I have a Joomla site and I need to be able to display charts like the following: http://www.radioandrecords.com/RRWebSite20/Members/Charts.aspx?ChartId=1
http://www.radioandrecords.com/RRWebSite20/Members/Charts.aspx?ChartId=11
on my website automatically. I’m not sure if there is a way to do this using rss and yahoo pipes. Or maybe you can write a script that scrapes the chart table once a day and updates the chart on my server?
The main goal here is for me to be able to display all of the radioandrecords.com charts on my website and have them update automatically.
