Need Good Php Coder Today

I have a CMS/Membership script with a few bugs/issues I need to address. I need a code ready to begin today.
There are some small tasks like checking why the checkout at full price is not upgrading to full membership.
Checking on a JS conflict and repair it.
Then a larger task (which I will discuss and post as seperate project) … although its not that large. Its adapt part of script and duplicate a feature and use for something else. More to the successful programer.
European is best.
