Jquery Exit Script

I need this script setup for our website http://creations.userfirstinteractive.com/onuserexit/.
The user should be prompted with a custom designed alert box like here http://abeautifulsite.net/notebook_files/87/demo/
(see Additional Examples With HTML Example). The window will offer the user a chance to sign up for our newsletter to get a free shipping coupon, and provide an option to say no thanks and continue leaving the website.
I will need help integrating it into our current website. The script should use all jquery and be clean and packed when done for optimal loading and use pure xhtml/css for the alert formatting.
