Site Scraping

I need a database that contains the top music and music artists from the the last 20 years.
The db should contain, at minimum: 1. artist name, 2. song title, 3. album title 4. year, 5. description or review of album or artist.
If you can include the lyrics to the songs that would be excellent.
It does not have to be exactly the top 100 songs or artists. Anything close is fine.
I would also accept a scraped db from http://www.onlinemusicdatabase.com/ lyrics.com, billboard.com, http://www.umdmusic.com/, http://www.webmusicdb.com/, http://www.discogs.com/ etc.
The db should have a mininum of 25,000 songs. The bid should include exporting each song to a text file.
