Remove Things From 18 Images

i have tried to get this job done for a while but no one seems to understand what i am asking for here so i want to do this the hard way
I have found 18 headers and footers that i want to have images removing from the main design
I want to have the txt removed from each image
I want to have the people removing from the images
Also logos and other graphics i will advise via msn or yahoo chat so you understand exactly what needs to be removed
