Flash Banner For Website

We are looking for Flash Banner similar to this one
( please see attached URL ). Of course the banner has to be
not exactly the same but with the same idea.
The images in the flash have to be managed by external xml file in which we can easily change images and links ( each image will have the link ).
If you’ve already done something similar or have an example to show,
it will be advantage.
Copy/paste automated messages won’t be accepted.
The payment on completion and approval ( no Escrow ).
