Clone Of Twitpic Script

I am looking for a clone of twitpic.com with full integration into twitter.
Extras I would like tags, search, ratings, url shortened paths are essential.
I should be able to set
max width
max dimensions
thumb dimensions
etc.
all thru a simple admin
