Move Joomla Website

I need help to move a very small Joomla website from one server to another. Actually a new server is a mosso cloud.
I need this project to be done now, ASAP.
If you want I can ftp files and create a DB.
I need you to make sure everything configured properly and works exactly like on the old server.
Please define exactly what do you need from me to complete this job.
