Pligg Template Implementation

About 50% of the template implementation has already been done. Here is the list of changes I need for my pligg site. Note that I will provide the design for every page in psd.
1 – Design implementation for Front Page – Header, Body, Footer and Sidebar.
2 – Design implementation for Submit Pages (1 & 2)
3 – Design implementation for Invite friend’s page (via gmail, hotmail, etc)
4 – Design implementation for User’s page
5 – Design implementation for Login and Registration pages
PLEASE NOTE THAT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH PLIGG IS REQUIRED.
