Website Redesign

Hello Guys,
My manager would like our website, www.leedscitycruisers.co.uk completely redesigning. We want to make better use of the photos we have, giving customers a better view of the restaurant ect when logging on. This project will require doing EVERY PAGE and bringing the entire content over.
Please bid on WHOLE project, it’s not a huge one but we want a flash banner, new colour theme ect.
Low budget.
