Set Up New WordPress Blog

I need a new wordpress blog set up using theme pro-sumer.
I will also need about 10 plugins installed as well.
Also there will be two other external pages that will link to this blog. This is a very easy fast project and I’m experienced. We will be talking with Google message to get the job done.
I would like this completed by Friday.
