Content Management (cm) App
I need a small, WEB-BASED CM application to convert Rich Text Format (RTF) files to JPG image files that can be displayed easily on any standard HTML web page. RTF files are to be created and edited using an industry-standard RTF editor. The GUI for the RTF editor must look and function just like the WinPad RTF editor. Application requirements:
The method for inserting images into the RTF text must match the method developed for WinPad.
The FILE function on the left-most side of the tool bar must include a JPG option in the SAVE AS drop down menu for converting the RTF file to a JPG format on the fly.
When the SAVE AS JPG FILE option is selected, a dialog box should appear so the User can specify the WIDTH and HEIGHT (in pixels) for the new JPG file to be created as output.
This CM application must be able to run on any typical web host server. In other words, platform independent and accessible from any client machine over the Internet.
The JPG images created as output must be professional in quality, and optimized for enhanced Internet performance. This also means the relational proportion of RTF content (text and images) must be preserved when the file is reformatted and resized on the fly as a JPG file.
Payment:
The chosen Developer will receive 50% payment when a working prototype can be demonstrated that satisfies all of the above requirements. A final payment will be paid when the project is completed
