Contact Scrape / Parse

We need you to build a crawler / scraper to collect contact info off of this web site http://tdmaw.org/info_buyguide_directory.cfm?index=a
The crawler must to go through each of the alphabetical listings and go to each individual companies to get all the company details. These details can then be put in a spreadsheet, csv, MySQL, XML, it doesn’t really matter to me.
This script should be written in PHP and will be run monthly. If you have any specific ideas on other features let me know in the PMB.
